Cater Kitchen‘s range of high quality stainless steel pot wash sinks and extra wide commercial sink units are fully stainless steel – that means including the legs and under shelf.  Many alternative sinks have a stainless steel top unit but can be prone to rust as they use galvanised steel for the legs and under shelf.  This means that when water comes in to contact with galvanised, it is far less resistant to rust than say our fully stainless steel sink units.  Having a commercial catering sink made from high quality steel is important when situated in a food service environment. Nobody wants rust where food is prepared so we advise to choose your commercial sink wisely!
