Refunds & Returns policy

Commercial goods sold in the UK mainland may be returned at the customers own cost for a refund providing the product(s) are unused, in their original, undamaged packaging and eligible for resale. This excludes customised / made to ordered goods.  The restocking charge for returned items is 25% of the full invoiced amount, this is mandatory across the commercial catering equipment industry. No goods are accepted for return after 14 days.

Kindly note, once an order has been placed and dispatched the 25% restocking fee will still apply as outbound delivery charges will still be incurred.

Refunds will only be paid once the returned goods have been signed for as received, inspected and after deduction of restocking charges have been made. We will also deduct any costs for repairing any damage or replacing any missing components that were supplied with the original order.
