Measuring 400 x 350 x 300mm (w x l x h), the EPX40 is compact and perfectly sized to service one commercial sink bowl.  From the moment wastewater begins to flow fats, oils and grease (FOG's) will start to collect safely and not block your drains. Ideal for smaller food service establishments producing up to 80 meals per day, this manual Grease Trap runs entirely using the flow of water.  Internal directional baffles ensures waste water easily escapes whilst allowing fats, oils and grease to cool, rising to the surface and staying within the trap.
