An essential, highly advanced addition to professional kitchens, the Lainox CBES061 compact assisted cooking injection combination oven is the ideal combi for kitchens with limited space as it can be positioned on a countertop or a separate stand.
The oven includes a huge variety of features to assist in producing perfect dishes every time, including innovations to reduce energy and water consumption - reducing running costs.
Full size gastronorm compatible, the combi can accommodate up to six pans at once.
• If your machine is being fitted to a mains water supply, it needs to be installed by a qualified engineer to ensure optimal performance in line with WRAS regulations.
