Product Warranties

If you experience any problems with your appliances in the first instance please consult the troubleshooting guides in the user manual in the first instance. If your issue cannot be resolved using the troubleshooting guide, then please follow the warranty procedure below.

If you believe your product is still within the manufacturers warranty period, please write to stating your invoice/order number and serial number of the faulty product, without all of this information a warranty call cannot be submitted.

Please note, on occasion, you will be required to cover the initial cost of the warranty call out in advance - this is standard practise to insure against non-payment should the engineer determine user error.  Once a product fault has been confirmed, your warranty diagnostic payment will be returned.  Should we find upon inspection that the repair is not covered under warranty then we reserve the right to charge for the initial engineer’s inspection and any subsequent repair costs. This includes failure due to neglect, misuse, wrong operation, incorrect installation, maintenance, cleaning and water scale all of which should be checked prior to requesting an engineer.

In some instances, and to save you time, manufacturers will deal directly with you, if you have a product that is manufactured by any of the below, you may contact them using the number shown to help achieve a swift resolution:
